    Dear all,

Just got myself registered and wondered if other narcoleptics experienced anything spiritual or mystical in their life time. The reason I ask this is because I did, which is not so rare, but because narcoleptics have a very different way of sleeping maybe a (higher) number of others experienced revelations as well. The old mystics used sleep deprivation as a technology for their spiritual life and also the lucid dreaming of many narcoleptics could be interpreted in a spiritual kind of way. So I underwent a conscious being of the deep sleep, like being a nothingness, or everything. And when the narcoleptic problems grew I found it very difficult to determine what was reality and what was not, because the many different lucid dreams during a day got interwined with normal consciousness.

So, I would be very happy to hear any of your experiences!
